Terms of Service

Review the terms, policies, and operational agreements governing Carefree Stone contracting services and digital application usage.

1. Estimates, Quotes & Contract Pricing

All digital estimates, phone quotes, or initial proposals given through this website are preliminary calculations based entirely on standard, uniform flooring averages and user-submitted specifications.

Final contracting prices are determined and locked exclusively through physical on-site inspections, moisture emission tests, structural evaluations, and official written project contracts detailing exact square foot counts and concrete repairs required.

2. Site Access & Installation Preparation

For Carefree Stone crews to execute optimal planetary diamond-grinding and system installations:

  • The target concrete slab must be completely cleared of all personal items, vehicles, bins, and storage boxes prior to crew arrival.
  • A consistent, high-amperage dedicated electrical source and stable water access must be made available to hook up high-power industrial vacuum separators and grinding units.
  • Slabs reflecting hydrostatic pressure measurements exceeding structural maximums may require special moisture mitigation primers prior to system basecoat applications.

Critical Resin Curing Directives

Industrial epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coatings require dense chemical cross-linking. Clients agree to strictly fulfill the cure times and directives provided by project managers before resuming physical actions:

  • Do not walk on applied systems for at least 24 hours under standard Phoenix Valley dry temperatures.
  • Do not drive heavy passenger vehicles, park utility trailers, or spin tires on newly coated slabs for a minimum of 48 to 72 hours, depending on system thickness.
  • Carefree Stone is not liable for structural peeling, chemical dynamic failures, or surface marring arising from premature loading or foot traffic.

3. Scope of Written Performance Warranty

All commercial and residential floor coating systems are backed by a detailed, written physical contract and workmanship warranty. These warranties explicitly protect clients against lifting, peeling, and UV degradation when operated under normal, designated conditions.

Warranty scopes do not cover damages resulting from structural substrate shifts, foundation settling, hydrostatic moisture exceeding baseline contract tests, or abuse from extreme mechanical impacts.

4. Compliance and Licensing

All physical construction, overlay, grinding, and resinous applications are performed in strict alignment with regional Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) regulations, specifications, and building codes. Carefree Stone proudly operates under current active license ROC# 330428.
