Day 1 (Morning)

High weight planetary grinding units use 30/40 grit metal-bonded diamonds to cut down concrete surface scaling and reveal consistent aggregate.

Testing Threshold requirement:Level cuts flatness anomalies, removing weak concrete creams for a stable rock-mortar focus.

Transitional Scratch Hone Refining

Day 1 (Afternoon)

We step up to 80-grit metal-bonds, then switch to specialized hybrid resin transitional diamond pads to erase course machine swirl scratches.

Testing Threshold requirement:Refines the scratch patterns under high tooling speed before introducing hardener compounds.

Deep Solvent Reactive Liquid Densifier

Day 2 (Morning)

We flood the floor with active liquid lithium silicate. The densifier penetrates into the concrete, reacting with calcium hydroxide to form calcium silicate hydrate crystals.

Testing Threshold requirement:Permanently hardens structural slabs, eliminating chalky dusting and boosting overall wear resistance.

Fine Grit Resin-Bond Polishing Steps

Day 2-3 (Varies)

We run progressively fine resin-bond diamond tooling (400, 800, to 1500 or 3000 grit) to close individual pores, forming a brilliant mirror gloss.

Testing Threshold requirement:Relies strictly on high mechanical friction and crystal densification, rather than waxes or coatings.

Active Stain Guard Surface Protection

Day 3 (Midday)

A highly-specialized penetrating sub-surface chemical stain barrier is fully applied and let dry to block food spills, grease, and vehicle leaks.

Testing Threshold requirement:Chemically links with silicate, rejecting fluids while remaining 100% breathable.

Ultra-High Speed Propane Burnishing

Day 3 (Final)

A heavy, high-RPM propane burnishing machine fitted with diamond-infused pads is run to heat-cure the Guard and secure maximum light reflectance.

Testing Threshold requirement:Thermal bonding cures structural sealants instantly. Final surface is walkable right away.
