Founded in 1982, our family-owned company has built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliable service, and specialized decorative concrete coating systems throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and beyond.
What began as a local decorative concrete company has grown into one of Arizona's most experienced concrete coating contractors, serving thousands of satisfied customers across residential and commercial properties.
Our experience spans generations. Jeff Newcombe joined the family business in 2004, learning the trade directly from his father while continuing to expand his expertise through ongoing training, product education, and industry workshops. Today, that combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern coating technology continues to guide every project we complete.

As the owner of Carefree Stone Concrete Coatings, Jeff Newcombe brings over four decades of family-inherited contracting expertise to every concrete restoration project. From planetary diamond grinding prep specifications to the implementation of UV-stable aliphatic coatings, Jeff oversees jobsite quality to ensure that residential garages and commercial facilities throughout Arizona receive robust, long-lasting surface protection.
