Resurface suitable aging slabs without full demolition when the underlying concrete is sound enough for an overlay.

Cracked, spalled, or uneven concrete driveways and walkways are unsightly safety hazards. Polymer-modified cementitious overlays allow us to resurface aged slabs without the massive expense of demolition and repouring.

We bond a thin, polymer-reinforced concrete layer directly to the existing concrete, texturing it to a knockdown, broom, or stamped finish that reduces surface temperatures under the hot Arizona sun.

Sun and monsoon damage

Arizona UV, heat cycles, and monsoon moisture break down unprotected surfaces, causing spalling, pitting, and fading.

Cheap resurfacing jobs

Thin patch products applied without mechanical prep peel and telegraph old damage back through. A proper overlay system bonds to a prepared slab.

Unaddressed cracks

Cracks that are skimmed over instead of routed and repaired reappear in the new surface. Repair scope is part of every honest resurfacing quote.

Our Engineered Installation Process

1. Abrasive Washing & Prep

Pressure washing and mechanical profiling to remove dirt and open the concrete pores.

2. Fracture Stitching

Chasing and filling cracks with high-tensile epoxy and concrete stitching staples to stabilize the concrete base.

3. Polymer Base Coat

Applying a high-bond polymer primer and slurry base coat to lock in the slab and create a uniform layer.

4. Textured Finish & Sealer

Spraying or troweling the decorative knockdown overlay, followed by UV-stable tinted acrylic sealers.

These are planning guidelines, not a substitute for the written proposal. Exact products, schedule, finish, maintenance, and warranty terms depend on the inspected surface and selected system.

Installation & Return to Use

Installation timing depends on surface condition, repairs, system build, weather, and site access.
Foot traffic, furniture return, and vehicle traffic are separate milestones and are confirmed for the products used on your project.
Do not plan return-to-service from a generic one-day claim; the written project schedule controls.

Maintenance

Remove abrasive dirt and grit routinely so it does not become a wear layer.
Use cleaning products and methods approved for the installed finish.
Address damage, failed joints, drainage issues, or chemical spills before they spread.

Colors, Texture & Appearance

Final color, gloss, texture, and traction are selected for the surface and how it will be used.
Samples and photographs are useful guides, but lighting, concrete condition, and hand-applied texture can affect the final appearance.

Warranty Expectations

Coverage depends on the installed system, substrate condition, preparation scope, and written proposal.
Concrete movement, moisture, abuse, drainage, and normal wear may be treated differently from coating adhesion.
