Professional Concrete Grind & Polish Services

Achieve a modern industrial aesthetic by refining the concrete itself instead of covering it with a topical coating.

Diamond-ground polished concrete offers a modern, minimalist aesthetic and a straightforward cleaning routine. Progressively finer diamond tooling mechanically refines the concrete itself.

During the process, we inject a chemical densifier that reacts with the free lime in the slab to permanently harden and seal the concrete from the inside out, making it resistant to oil, dust, and stains.

Arizona UV, heat cycles, and monsoon moisture break down unprotected surfaces, causing spalling, pitting, and fading.

Cheap resurfacing jobs

Our Engineered Installation Process

1. Coarse Grinding

Using metal-bond diamond tooling to strip old sealers, level the concrete slab, and expose aggregates.

2. Chemical Densification

Applying a liquid silicate densifier to penetrate and chemically harden the concrete matrix.

3. Fine Polishing Steps

Progressing through resin-bond diamond polishing pads from 400 to 3000 grit to achieve the desired level of sheen.

4. Stain Guard Treatment

Applying a penetrative stain-resistant guard and burnishing the surface to a high-gloss, mirror finish.

Installation & Return to Use

Installation timing depends on surface condition, repairs, system build, weather, and site access.
Foot traffic, furniture return, and vehicle traffic are separate milestones and are confirmed for the products used on your project.
Do not plan return-to-service from a generic one-day claim; the written project schedule controls.

Maintenance

Remove abrasive dirt and grit routinely so it does not become a wear layer.
Use cleaning products and methods approved for the installed finish.

Colors, Texture & Appearance

Final color, gloss, texture, and traction are selected for the surface and how it will be used.
